The department may give approval to any person to export the stones, soil, sand, rocks, animal remains (fossils) collected in the course of geological survey and mineral exploration of Nepal to foreign countries for laboratory analysis and exploration work. In this way, after giving approval, the department will collect the prescribed fee for export as per clause (c) of schedule-4.
